Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer Test (Integrator) / Sr. Prin. Systems Engineer Test (Integrator) for their Aurora, CO, Manhattan Beach, CA or Redondo Beach, CA locations as a part of the Systems Engineering (SE) team.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to complete tasks with little direction and oversight. They will be an effective communicator and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers. This candidate will demonstrate a commitment to ethics, integrity.
Responsibilities for the Integration Engineer include familiarity with software baseline deployment, testing and troubleshooting the environment, reading error logs, and coordinate corrections with the development team. Additional responsibilities may include an understanding of test plans, test procedures, test automation, test reports, and execution of integration test activities in System Integration Labs (SILs).

This requisition may be filled as either a Principal or Sr. Principal Systems Engineer Test (Integrator).
Basic Qualifications for a Principal Systems Engineer Test (Integrator):
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years with a Masters; 0 years with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Software baseline integration with test experience
- Experience with AWS Cloud, Java
- Current DoD Top Secret at the time of application
Basic Qualifications for a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer Test (Integrator):
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; 6 years with a Masters; 4 years with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Hardware integration with software experience
- Experience with AWS Cloud, Java
- Current DoD Top Secret at the time of application
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current Security+ certification
- Familiar with C++
- Experience or willingness to work on a small team
- Able to communicate effectively and present technical solutions
