Position Summary

Manage; and arrange all Aircraft and client services.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school certificate + 10 years experience in aircraft ground operation or any equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree + 5 years in aircraft ground operation or any equivalent experience.
  • Flight dispatcher license.
  • Medical fitness.
  • Excellent English (Read - Write - Speak)
  • Course in Ramp safety and Security.
  • Course in handling and Dangerous Goods.

Course in Human Factor.

Main Responsibilities

Maintain the highest standards of safety and security at all times
Ensuring that safety considerations are given the foremost priority.
Apply safety measures as required by the SMS procedures and instructions.
Report Incident, accident andor unsafe conditions immediately
Provide and serve aircrafts with required paperwork (Flight plan- NOTAM - Weather reports and Charts, etc.
Assign tasks to Operation employee's accordance with customer demands.
Hotel reservations.
Prepare and file work orders (arrival- departure- permits) cash / credit.
Follow up crew visas.
Acknowledge customer mails on a timely manner with replies in line with rules and regulation (e-mails).
Coordinate and follow up handling requests at any other airports in the kingdom
Crew transportation from/to the terminal.
Support other department with their tasks sales and services.
Arrange Catering, Fuel and Third-Party services on behalf of customer when requested.
Train new subordinates on workflow, rules, and regulations.
Identify aircraft parking spots.
Hand over and briefing to next shift.
Report any incidents or accidents and write technical and administrative reports.
Provide any other needed tasks/ services required by management/ Clients/ Government.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircrafts arrive/depart. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extremely hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
