The Boeing Company - America’s Regional Finance Center is looking for a Experienced Accountant - International  based out of Hazelwood, Missouri supporting international activities across all segments of the enterprise. Primary focus of this role will be to lead critical accounting projects and provide dedicated support to our internal business partners.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage complex accounting projects, schedule and implementation

  • Support the accounting for new entities and businesses in International

  • Co-ordinate monthly International reporting and International Accounting weekly forums

  • Create a strong service culture by building working relationships with our business partners across the enterprise

  • Investigate and reconcile costs data inquiries in support of our business partners providing timely explanations, analysis and potential process improvements

  • Support data request in response to U.S. government and internal audits

  • Research, prepare and reconcile data in support of the preparation of financial statements and reports for international business units and entities

  • Perform oversight, training, and audit of third party provider to ensure the monthly accounting processes are completed successfully including intercompany billing, journal entries and account reconciliations

  • Ensure internationally incurred cost are properly invoiced and billed to the appropriate U.S. final cost objective/program

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field

  • 3+ years of experienced in Finance or Accounting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

  • Experienced in General Accounting and Business Process Solutions

  • Knowledgeable in International Accounting

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work collaboratively and across enterprise

  • Proactive and agile in fast-paced environment

  • Skilled in relationship building

  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn

Summary pay range: $81,600 - $110,400
