Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position
As an Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) Member for General Dynamics Mission Systems youll rotate across several cross functional teams and opportunity to support other sites that are responsible for Strategic Weapon Deterrence, Shipboard Electronic Integration, Submarine Combat Systems and more. While completing different rotations you will also complete a technical masters degree, undergo internal training, be involved in community engagement, and establish a strong professional network.

- Electrical: FPGA (Versal / Zync UltraScale) and/or Board design - high speed circuits analysis.
- Mechanical: HW design, CREO/Solidworks CAD, structural/thermal analysis and test
- Software: Embedded systems, RTOS, C/C++, Qt, Python, Rust
- Strong Technical Background
- Demonstrated Leadership Experience
- Strong Interpersonal Skills

Salary Note

Combined Salary Range
USD $75,946.00 - USD $84,253.00 /Yr.
