Your role
- Coordinate Every Detail: Organize and coordinate flights for our customers, ensuring every trip is a smooth journey from takeoff to landing.
- Be the Expert Advisor: Provide expert guidance to clients on aeronautical matters, from flight planning to regulatory requirements.
- Global Connections: Work with aviation authorities worldwide, arranging overflight and landing permissions for international travel.
- Flight Planning and Crew Support: Compile computer and ATC flight plans, coordinate airport and ATC slots, prepare crew briefings, while managing crew rotations and ground handling
Your profile
- Bachelor in Aviation and/or relevant work experience in the operational/dispatch field of private aviation
- Proficiency in English, German is a plus
- Communicative and customer-oriented personality who thrives in collaborative setting
- Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and nights, to ensure our clients' need are always met
