The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Digital Transformation Leader to support the Combatant Craft Detachment (NSWCCD C83) operations in Virginia Beach. In this role, you will:

• Drive digital innovation to enhance operational efficiency

• Collaborate with Technical Project Managers and branch heads across C83

• Implement cutting-edge digital tools and software

• Enable data-driven decision making through advanced visualizations

• Streamline project deliverable workflows through automation

• Play a key role in modernizing C83's project management processes

Responsibilities:
• Develop and document C83 project requirements

• Conduct market surveys to identify optimal digital solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Jira)

• Draft business rules and employee training materials

• Guide the rollout and implementation of new digital tools

• Provide hands-on training and support for tool adoption

• Collaborate with management to improve C83 project management processes • Continuously assess and optimize digital transformation initiatives

Qualifications:

Required: 
• U.S. Citizenship

• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Proven experience leading digital process change efforts

• Expertise in project management and organizational change management

• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Confluence, Jira, or similar project management tools

• Fluency in Microsoft Office 365 and Power Platform

• Knowledge of IT policy and compliance methodology
