Position Summary
Deliver exceptional service in the exciting world of private aviation. As a key member of our team, you'll create seamless, luxurious experiences for jet owners, passengers, and crew, ensuring every journey is unforgettable.
Your mission
- Be the first impression: Welcome clients with personalized, high-quality service, ensuring their first and last impressions are exceptional.
- Coordinate luxury services: Arrange ground transport, hotel bookings, catering, customs support, and more.
- Manage lounge hospitality: Provide valet parking, luggage assistance, and a first-class experience in our exclusive lounge area.
- Master operational tools: Process handling requests, manage flight documentation, and book airport slots.
- Exceed customer expectation: Understand and anticipate customer needs and respond in a timely manner, proactive offer of additional services, value customer feedback and develop continuous improvement measurements.
- Administrative support: support with work permits and visa extensions for customers, ensure services are properly recorded for billing.

Your profile
- Hospitality experience, with a focus on premium service delivery, aviation experience is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Friendly, proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to anticipate client needs.
- Availability to work shifts (including weekends and early mornings) and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
