Position Summary
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about aviation? We're looking for a Customer Material Specialist to ensure that all loose equipment, customer property, technical publications, and amenities are perfectly prepared for aircraft deliveries. As part of the business jets completion process, where aircrafts are customized with luxury interiors and technical installations to meet individual customer requirements, you'll play a key role in supporting the Customer Completion & Delivery team, ensuring a smooth and professional handover experience.
Your mission
- Manage & track customer materials : Oversee inventory of loose equipment, amenities, and spare parts to ensure accuracy and minimize replacement costs.
- Coordinate technical documentation: Ensure on-time delivery of Cabin Operating Manuals, Familiarization Videos, and Maintenance Handbooks.
- Oversee storage & security : Maintain an organized and secure environment for customer property and loose equipment.
- Prepare aircraft for delivery : Load and fit-check Crystal, China, and Flatware (CCF), ensuring proper storage and presentation.
- Handle international shipments : Ship loose equipment post-delivery, including customs declarations.
- Collaborate across teams : Work closely with Procurement, Materials, and Customer Delivery teams to align processes and resolve challenges.

Your profile
- Vocational training/technical apprenticeship or equivalent work experience with 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Good knowledge in managing the availability of all aircraft materials in a matrixed organization
- Understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-focused mindset.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, able to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with aircraft terminology or interior design drawings is a plus
