Position Summary
*This position is part of our late work pattern, 5 days per week (14.00 p.m. till 11.00 p.m., Monday to Friday). It will be compensated attractively. *
At Jet Aviation, we bring precision craftsmanship to the skies. Our state-of-the-art sheet metal shop, outfitted with the latest equipment (CNC machining center, orbital welding, heat treatment etc...), plays a vital role in creating customized aircraft interiors, producing everything from structural components to decorative fixtures with gold or metallic finishes.
We are looking for a skilled Workshop Technician - Sheet Metal to join our dedicated team and help us maintain our high standards of excellence.
Your mission
- Manufacture of complex parts using materials such as polycarbonate, aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel.
- Manufacture of complex assemblies, tooling, and templates according to engineering drawings.
- Operate conventional/CNC lathe and milling machines.
- Maintain and improve production processes to enhance safety, efficiency, and reduce costs and cycle times.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, 5S audits, and Lean Manufacturing practices.

Your profile
- Ability to read and understand 3D models, 2D drawings, and complex assemblies.
- Hands-on experience in maintenance of machinery, tool settings, and lubricant management.
- Experience in using CNC programming languages like Heidenhain iTNC530 or Fanuc 0i-TD is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new challenges.
- Team Player, with ability to collaborate effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP, Siemens NX, or other 3D visualization software is an advantage.
