Position Summary
This role will be responsible for expense report processing, expense report audits, responding to employee inquiries, and other expense and administrative functions. This individual will provide best-in-class customer service, is thorough, and is a self-starter who can work both independently and with a team. This individual will be expected to collaborate, advocate best practices, and support peers where needed. Working quickly while maintaining attention to detail and utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to support business objectives will be keys to success in this role.
This is a hybrid role, working at least three times weekly, from our corporate office in West Palm Beach, FL OR Teterboro, NJ office located at the Teterboro airport. The baseline range for this non-exempt position, will be $25.00 - $28.00 hourly, equivalent to $52,000 - $58,000.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an expense processing, general accounting, or finance role
- Proficient use of Microsoft 365 tools including MS Word and Excel
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
Main Responsibilities
- Process various accounts payable invoice and credit transactions with primary focus on international vendors
- Organize and review process flow and payment of obligations of international vendors
- Provide support to the charter & flight management teams in regards to expenses
- Utilize SAP, JETPAY, and perform daily tasks
- Ensure adherence to AP policies and procedures
- Maintain recurring AP transactions in SAP
- Maintain regular communication with internal and external customers, troubleshooting and providing support
- Review monthly Vendor statements and account reconciliations
- Perform all other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization
- The amount of travel is expected to be less than 5%
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in a travel & expense system, finance or similar business function is preferred
- Familiarity with foreign currency transactions preferred
- Able to respond to multiple high-priority requests concurrently and keep all stakeholders updated of status
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized and ability to keep close track of progress of all projects simultaneously
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fluid, and fast-paced environment
