Position Summary

*This position is part of our late work pattern, 5 days per week (14.00 p.m. till 11.00 p.m., Monday to Friday). It will be compensated attractively.*
Your mission
- Perform Maintenance Tasks: Independently carry out inspections, repairs, and modifications with precision and efficiency.
- Be Accountable: Take responsibility for the work you complete, ensuring it meets the highest safety and quality standards.
- Solve Problems: Spot issues, report defects, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and effectively.
- Keep Records: Accurately document all work performed, maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with your peers, team leads, and supervisors to ensure aircraft readiness and smooth operations.

Your profile
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance License B1 (EASA, FAA, or equivalent) with type rating for Airbus A320.
- Proven experience in maintenance, with a strong focus on Airbus A320.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
