Position Summary
In order to reinforce our Purchasing and Insurances Department at Zurich-Airport / Klotn, we are looking for our :
Assistant Purchasing & Insurances Services (80% - 100%)

Main Responsibilities
Wide range of administrative tasks in connection with the operation of business jets aircraft which include
- Assisting the team on the management of the aircraft insurances (certificates, billing, claims handling)
- Fuel management, organizing fuel cards, arranging open releases and ad-hoc fuel with global oil companies and fuel resellers
- Providing support in connection with the ground handling and parking, making price comparisons
- Administration of staff mobile phones, connection to telecommunication provider, crew support
- Order management of crew credit cards (onboarding / offboarding / limits)
- Local point of contact for office / facility management
- Interface role between customer and supplier
Minimum Requirements
- Customer oriented Team player who enjoys contacts with service providers in a dynamic environment
- Commercial education background with work experience
- Knowledge in one or more areas such as insurance, purchasing, fuel or travel is a plus
- Knowledge in Business Aviation desired but not mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in German and English
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
