Responsibilities:

Provides support to a Global Mobility function that includes approximately 2,000 international assignments, including rotational, short term, and long terms assignments as well as international transfers and international remote workers.  Serve as champion for Workday and other system transactions and reporting for all types of relocation and deployments.

  • Execute Workday transactions – Start & End IA (International Assignment)
  • Create and manage assignment records in Mobility systems
  • Initiate and oversee workflows / approvals in Mobility systems
  • Process assignment initiation / repatriations in Mobility vendor systems
  • Support review and processing of Mobility vendor invoices
  • Identify and resolve data gaps between Mobility systems and Workday
  • Resolve data and reporting queries through ServiceNow case management
  • Document requirements, develop and manage stakeholder reports, including SLA reports

Support Global Mobility operations across RTX as part of the Global Mobility Operations team.  Advance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global Mobility service delivery model in line with current policy, processes, and business controls as well as service level agreements (SLAs); includes internal processes for all international assignments. Execute processes and update / implement improvements throughout international assignment support activities.

Education/Experience:

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Global Mobility experience is a must. Preferably 2 years+.
  • Experience with HRIS system transactions and reporting capability, with Workday experience preferred.
  • Equus global mobility application experience preferred.
